Decontamination and Recovery Technologies for CBRN Incidents

This is an invitation for our November 23rd morning networking meeting in London. The aim of the meeting is to spark new collaborations among the key technology players in recovery following a chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear incident. Its scope includes medical and psychological recovery, as well as environmental decontamination. Identification of exact CBRN agent is also crucial.

The programme includes talks by: 

  • GDS: Role of central government and GDS in CBRN decontamination 
  • BAE: Chemical decontamination - design and techniques 
  • CBRNE Ltd: Biological decontamination and recovery technologies 
  • UCL: Compton cameras for clean-up operations following a dirty bomb 
  • Univ. of Brighton: Novel technologies for nuclear decontamination 

Also, a poster session will showcase the relevant new technologies developed in the UK and EU research base. 

Cost

  • £70 + VAT for SME/academic/government,
  • £90 + VAT for large companies.
