Background
The purpose of this event will be to enable Thales to meet and discuss with small to medium sized companies possible collaboration opportunities between Thales and those companies that are able to provide Thales with capabilities to fill gaps in their supply chain.
The event is specifically intended for engineering, manufacturing and high technology companies who can offer solutions to fill capability gaps or enhance Thales' security product offering across a range of capability areas in particular:
The event is limited to 35 SME participants who will have the opportunity to meet and discuss areas of mutual interest with around 15 technology specialists from Thales.
The event will be by invitation only with the final selection of delegates made by Thales.
If there is a significant oversubscription, then the event will be repeated.

There will then be an opportunity for delegates to network with Thales technology specialists over drinks and canapés to discuss:
*A number of SITC members have expressed an interest in collaborating in a bid for the recent MPS contract on Mobile Identification Units. Thales is also interested in bidding for this contract, but acknowledge they have gaps in their capability to fully meet the requirements of the contract.
