David Mullin is Innovation Programmes Manager at Network Rail.
He was formerly Head of Capability, National Security and Resilience for BAE Systems. In this role he focused on the breadth and depth of partnerships (ranging from working with a number of VC backed SMEs to forming large scale strategic partnerships) and capability development activities essential for this market.

SITC Board Re-Election Statement (March 2009)
I have broad experience in the market having performed R&D management, Strategy development and business winning roles in security and resilience. I now manage the BAE Systems Investment In Innovation fund which has already invested several million pounds into security SMEs and academia in its 8 months of operation.
I hope to continue to serve SITC by co-ordinating active engagement with, and investment into, the events, SIGs and members of SITC from across BAE Systems, and supporting Steve and his team in developing a sustainable growth in the services and offerings that SITC can provide to its members and offer to the wider security community.
